Exceptional ER Eastchase

Exceptional ER's Facility in Fort Worth boasts fast personalized treatment for the Fort Worth and Arlington area. The shell building  and tenant finish out for the emergency room were completed in November, 2017.

 

DESTINAtion condominiums

Destination will be the premier 62 unit residential development in Dallas'  popular Cedars neighborhood, across the street from the Lorenzo hotel and Downtown Dallas, currently under construction.

Exceptional ER harlingen

Completed in October 2017, Exceptional ER's Facility in Harlingen Texas has become a staple for emergency treatment in the area and is unrivaled in the Rio Grande Valley area.

BROwder park place

Completed in 2016, Browder Park Place is the Cedars' premier townhome development, featuring 6 modernly appointed units each featuring a rooftop deck and spectacular views of Downtown Dallas.

Exceptional ER Brownsville The ER Facility in Brownsville will serve as a Flagship for Exceptional Heathcare in South Texas, as part of a Medical Plaza on Alton Gloor Blvd with a Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The Facility is currently under construction and is due to complete April 2017.
